Andrew Hedger currently serves as the senior director of business development for Magnum Venus Products (MVP), where he is responsible for product line improvements and new product development. As a passionate business leader and demonstrated commercial development expert, Andrew spearheads MVP's business growth initiatives.

With nearly two decades working in the composites industry, Andrew has experience with a variety of composites manufacturing processes and applications from closed molding to fully custom composite systems.

Andrew graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in business administration and management with a minor in mechanical engineering.
