At Precision Machining Technology Show (PMTS) 2025, we discovered the APSX Nano, a compact yet powerful desktop Swiss-type lathe designed for precision machining. Manufactured in Cincinnati, Ohio, this innovative machine operates on 120V, fits on a desktop, and features a guide bushing design similar to traditional Swiss-type lathes. With 13 tool positions, two live spindles, and a keyboard pendant, the APSX Nano is ideal for low-volume production, training, and prototyping.
